Dancing With The Stars Maksim Chmerkovsiy is making waves in the blogosphere this week. Rumor has it he’s been doing a different version of the tango with Sopranos babe Jamie-Lynn Sigler.

According to Star magazine Maks “is performing his best moves to pursue Jamie-Lynn Sigler. He poured on the charm at the Guess + GQ Celebration at L.A.’s The Sayers Club—and it worked. She was really receptive, laughing at everything he said and touching his arm. He got Jamie-Lynn’s number and they’re going to go out soon. He didn’t talk to any other girls for the rest of the night.”

The hot actress and dance pro look like an uber-cute couple, but unfortunately this is only a rumor. A rep for the Ukrainian stud told RumorFix, “I do not comment on his personal life, but I can confirm that Maks is single.”

And just to be extra sure, we reached out to a source close to the hot-tempered dancer who told us, “It’s a pure gossip rumor! Maks and Jamie-Lynn met at the party through Lance Bass who used to be on Dancing With The Stars. Basically nothing is going on between Maks and Jamie-Lynn, they just met and took a picture. When they were ‘touching,’ as Star describes, it was for a photo opp.”
