We now know the identity of the tattooed San Diego nightclub waitress -- Jessica Donaldson. The Ivy nightclub waitress tells Sunday Mirror. "I am not sleeping with Prince Harry, and he has never been anything other than a total gentleman to me." Jessica's boyfriend of three years, Brandon Thomason, believes her, "She said he leaned in to talk to her and it was just the angle of the camera that made it look like a kiss."

Most likely he didn’t kiss her based on how far his face is from hers. BUT- regardless her boyfriend SHOULD be pissed. They are way to close, and he is caressing the back of her head in another photo. WTF?? So inappropriate if you have a boyfriend. Also, I don’t care if he is a Prince or not- if you have a boyfriend you don’t accept a brunch date.
