And we all know you can’t fake it when you are wearing a wetsuit — either you are in shape or you’ll have bulges in all the wrong places!
Gerard, who plays surfer Rick “Frosty’ Hesson is definitely not faking it. The 300 star recently to Piers Morgan it was unflattering pictures that made him get in shape. “I saw these photos and that changed me,” he said. “I changed my life actually. I was on holiday with a buddy down in Barbados — I was taking some time off and I was eating more and more and I kept thinking I should be careful.”
