Redmond O’Neal will be leaving rehab Thursday — to go back to court, RumorFix has learned exclusively.
A bench warrant was issued Thursday morning for the troubled son of Ryan O’Neal and the late Farrah Fawcett after he allegedly failed a drug test while in rehab over the weekend.

The 26 year-old was busted for heroin posession on August 2 after running a red light in Santa Monica, California.
A search of his vehicle uncovered the drugs. After pleading no contest to the drug charges, Judge Keith Schwartz sentenced him to one year of rehab and five years probation. But this latest violation may end up sending O’Neal from rehab to state prison. Court officials tell RumorFix that O’Neal is scheduled to appear in Judge Schwartz’s courtroom Thursday morning at 8:30am.
