The rocker, who for decades said he doesn’t believe in marriage, has set a wedding date with his partner of 28 years, Shannon Tweed, RumorFix has learned.

Entertainment Tonight got the scoop.

Gene Simmons, the frontman for KISS, is getting married to the former Playboy model  on October 1 at an iconic hotel in Beverly Hills.

We’ve sent emails to Gene to get his response — but haven’t heard back yet.

The new season of A&E’s Gene Simmons: Family Jewels stars October 4. It’s great how love is timed to coincide with a new season!
