Exclusive: First Pictures Of Ali Lohan Since Plastic Surgery Controversy

It’s probably the first time more eyes were on Lindsay Lohan’s younger sister, Ali Lohan, than the Mean Girls star.

The 17-year-old model, who is rumored to have undergone plastic surgery and lost a lot of weight, brought some of her girlfriends to help celebrate her mom’s birthday Thursday night at a chic New York lower east side restaurant, Beauty & Essex.

RumorFix has the exclusive pictures of Dina’s 49th birthday party.

These pictures clearly show off Ali’s model looks and she appears more mature than her age would lead you to believe. a The teen also doesn’t appear as gaunt as she did last week — firing of alarms.

Dina told RumorFix Thursday night, “Ali has never had any plastic surgery. The rumors are totally false.”

Dina was thrilled that all of her children were at the same place at the same time — Lindsay, Ali, Cody and Michael Jr.

“I am so excited that my family and friends are here to celebrate my birthday with me. I am so lucky to have four wonderful children. I thank them for this party,” Dina tells RumorFix.

Dina celebrated in a white silk low-back sheath dress, while Lindsay had a few outfit changes including a black tight t-shirt dress and a white lace dress.

The ever-fashionable Lindsay gave her mom a large Chanel gift bag for her birthday. Dina got emotional when Lindsay read the special inscription on her mom’s cake then she blew out the sparklers on the cake.

And in case you’re wondering, during the three-hour party, our eyewitness says Lindsay didn’t drink any alcohol.

      i love that “she gave her mom a large Chanel gift bag for her birthday” and only weeks ago, she told the judge she couldn’t afford her court-ordered therapy.

      Three ugly ass people. Look at the fat on the knees on the one in the middle and the one on the right is so skinny she hurts and her clothes look like they were reclaimed from the dump bin that the salvation army wouldn’t take. They look all screwed up on drugs.
