Charlie Sheen, who has taken his career rehabilitation tour to the biggest audience yet at the Emmys, made nice with Ashton Kutcher.
The former Two and A Half Men star presented the award for the winner in what used to be his category — “Outstanding Lead Actor In A Comedy Series”
But first he had a message for his friends at the CBS sitcom:
“From the bottom of my heart I wish you nothing but the best for this upcoming season.
We spent eight wonderful years together and I now you will continue to make great television.”
Everyone was waiting for the punch line. But there was none. Well played, Charlie.
Charlie has appeared on the Today Show, Wendy Williams Show and the Tonight Show last week and admitted that his crazy antics were “Losing!”
