We admit that Jersey Shore star Jenni “JWOWW” Farley looked a bit different during the premiere of the show’s fourth season; this led to online speculation that she may have had some work done on her nose and chin.

The odd thing is that at no point this year has JWOWW gone off the radar. Getting that kind of plastic surgery requires weeks, if not months of recovery. We all know that JWoww spent her entire summer in Italy shooting season four, so it’s not like she decided to get her face done then hopped on a plane to shoot a reality television show with no break between.

We aren’t the only ones who think the plastic surgery rumors are a bit foolish, JWOWW does too. She took to Twitter to concede that she does look a little different, but not for the sinister reason bloggers are suggesting:

“Flattered I’m the topic of tabloids. Funny what people assume when you lose weight and tone. Loving the stories,” she wrote. “Just remember you can’t make everyone happy. [The] only person who matters is yourself. Let the haters hate. Hating is a form of jealousy. So smile ”

She has a point – no matter what, haters gonna hate.
