In very sad news, the estranged husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Taylor Armstrong was found dead on Monday night after reportedly committing suicide.

RumorFix spoke to Russell Armstrong just last month – and it was clear then that he was struggling to deal with his divorce while being under the media’s spotlight.

“This is a devastating time,” said Russell. “We had a wonderful marriage and I don’t want you to get the impression that Taylor and I are bitter enemies — we’re not. We have a beautiful five-year-old daughter who we both love.

         You know, I agree completely. He stated in the interview that resolvable problems became harder to fix. Honestly…part of me wonders if Taylor going out and initiating the divorce had anything to do with those headphones (other housewives of BH) in her ear about her relationship?

      Yes, it’s reality TV’s fault that they had 50,000 in assets and $10m in liabilities and were being sued for shady business dealings.  Reality TV should be banned.

      I personally knew Russell and he was a very likable person. Genuine and sincere and adored Taylor. He struggled to make her happy and felt that he wasn’t ever good enough for her.
      Once the financial pressures started to mount, it all became too much. Taylor didn’t want to lose her lifestyle and Russell didn’t want to lose his wife. Add that to reality tv and Andy Cohen doing everything he can, to continue on with the show. Russell’s death will only catapult RHOBH into further success, sadly lining Cohen’s pocket’s further.

      I have watched every episode of this show and had thought, long before the death of Russell, that  something just wasn’t right with Taylor that people weren’t seeing.  I’m an 80 year old, wheel chair bound, health care management retiree, and can read people pretty well.  I truly believe, before this is all over, we will find Taylor will carry most of the blame for what happened.  I hope no,t for their little daughter’s sake.
