It’s no doubt been a tough week for Taylor Armstrong, dealing with the death of husband Russell Armstrong and attending his memorial on Wednesday.

But Russell’s grandmother Jean Anders, 88, wants to clear a few things up about the memorial and why Russell’s family from Texas didn’t attend.

According to Taylor’s attorney, the reason they weren’t there is because they are too old to travel. But in an exclusive interview with RumorFix, Jean says this was absolutely not the case.

“We’re not too old to travel,” she says. “I’m 88, and I went back and forth between Texas and California to visit them several times. We didn’t go because she didn’t invite us!”

Jean goes on to say that despite leaving messages for Taylor, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star still hasn’t called her back. She also claims that on the day Russell died, Taylor took his things while his body was still in the house.

Jean says “She took his watch, his keys and his cell phone right after his body was found. Apparently the coroner has questions for her about Russell’s death. At this point, we would put nothing past her. She had to be carried out of the memorial in Los Angeles because she was so upset. It all just seems like a big show to me, but at the same time I think she’s dealing with all of this much worse than we are. We have had to accept reality.”

Calls to Taylor’s rep have not been answered.

Who needs an “invitation” to a funeral? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard!!

These ppl need to leave Taylor alone, Its not her fault Russel killed himeself, I just read a story about his partner killed himself 24 hours after Russel did, Sounds like some shady work related stuff going on,

There was a guest list to the funereal So yeah it looks like Taylor Invited certain people
as for her taking stuff off the scene  You dont ever do that until the police say its ok.
The cell phone may have had something on it useful ..everyone wants to make taylor out to be the abused poor widow well fact is she is a known liar and scam artist herself who by her own admission married russell for his money only to dump him when it ran out you wanna believe her sob story go ahead I dont until i see some evidence other then what she told her friends and the press.

Too bad the relatives didn’t come uninvited — particularly in light of all the show’s cast members being in attendance.  Then Shana wouldn’t have had anything to left to hide behind.

wow ya an invit 2 a funeral right grandma!  and yes i would take all of those things off my dead husbands body, why wouldn’t u?  when ppl take their own life it does some thing to the family & friends that u don’t think of! it’s gulit, we think thats its all r fault that they killed themself, we said the wrong thing or did that dinner wrong and the truth is we did nothing to add to on taking their own life!!  they had problems that no one could of helped with but a good head doc..
