Although there are Internet reports saying that Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian clan, is set to become a co-host for CBS’ The Talk, RumorFix has learned that she has just signed on as a fill-in for two weeks.
A rep for Kim Kardashian‘s mom tells RumorFix The Talk is just one of the many co-host fill-in gigs that Kris has signed up for this season.
Kris, who manages Kim, Khloe and Kourtney, and has reportedly just signed Kris Humphries, has been asked to do fill in duties for The View, The Today Show and Rachel Ray, her rep tells us.
While the gig is not permanent — and who knows if she even has time for a permanent gig – our sources say Kris, of course, could be asked to stay longer.
A source close to the show tells RumorFix that conservative comedian Sheryl Underwood has also signed on to do some temporary co-hosting as well. The ladies would be filling the void created by the departure of Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini.
The new season for The Talk starts September 6 on CBS.
