Britney Spears took her Femme Fatale tour to New York Tuesday night and she gave a lap dance to a very special fan, RumorFix has learned.

During Britney’s elaborate stage show, she always picks out one man from the audience to give him a private dance including her pink boa — but this time she knew the man — it was her boyfriend Jason Trawick.

The crowd at the Nassau Coliseum went wild when they realized who the man was wearing the New York Islander hockey jersey.
