Abercrombie & Fitch Tells The Situation: Stop Wearing Our Brand!

True

It looks like super-hip clothing brand Abercrombie & Fitch does NOT believe that all publicity is good publicity.

The company released a statement on Tuesday night requesting that the Jersey Shore cast – especially Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino – stop wearing their clothes.

And they want this so bad that they’re willing to pay for it!

“We are deeply concerned that Mr. Sorrentino’s association with our brand could cause significant damage to our image. We understand that the show is for entertainment purposes, but believe this association is contrary to the aspirational nature of our brand, and may be distressing to many of our fans. We have also extended this offer to other members of the cast, and are urgently waiting a response.”

Ouch, that’s gotta hurt!
