Rumors are flying about a possible replacement for Jennifer Lopez on American Idol after she told BBC Radio she’s “on the fence” about staying with the show.
At least one website is reporting that gossip blogger Perez Hilton is in the running because he’s got a “household brand” and would be less expensive.
RumorFix contacted Perez, and asked him if there was any truth to the rumor. “I Wish! I’d do it for free!” he joked. “Music is my passion.”
Well Perez, there’s at least one other person who likes the idea, Jennifer’s rep. When we asked her about Perez replacing J. Lo, she added, “All rumors. That would be hilarious actually, I would watch.”
