The woman at the center of Kim Kardashian’s Old Navy lawsuit seems to think there’s no comparison between her and Kim because unlike Kim, she says she has talent. Kim claims that Old Navy hired a model who looked like her to use in a commercial campaign for added publicity, but Melissa Molinaro took to Twitter to express her disagreement:

“Some people think its all about them … its sad,” she tweeted.

And when a follower remarked that Melissa was “10000x better than Kim K. any day,” the actress responded:

“I’m gonna agree with you RIDICULOUS!”

She then retweeted these messages:

“Seriously? It has always bothered me that they compare you two….BECAUSE THERE IS NO COMPARISON!”

“Wedding plans must be getting expensive. Someone may want a nice settlement to sponsor the festivities.”

She also raised a very good question of asking why the lawsuit is being filed now, when the commercials aired in February?

“Were still talking about this?! Its JULY this aired in February … some people have too much time on there hands.”

We’re sure the fact that Melissa has been dating Kim’s ex boyfriend Reggie Bush has nothing to do with this lawsuit. It’s also a bit odd that Kim has yet to file a lawsuit against the NFL player who accused her of having an affair, but is gung-ho about suing the girl who is dating her ex.
