Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom were involved in a serious car accident in New York on Saturday, but RumorFix has learned that some of the facts being reported in the media surrounding the wreck are inaccurate.

Khloe’s rep, Jill Fritzo, came to RumorFix to set the record straight on some of those facts. ”[The accident] was this past Thursday,” Jill explains. “Khloe WAS NOT in the car. Lamar was in the back seat and there was a driver from a hired car service driving,” she continues.

According to Perez Hilton, Khloe and Lamar were both involved in the accident, but we now know that’s not true. And according to MediaTakeOut and TMZ, the accident happened over the weekend, something else we know to be false.

A motorcyclist and pedestrian were seriously injured during the accident, but are expected to recover. Lamar was shaken up, but unharmed.
