Kirstie Alley has lost 90 pounds at a rapid fire pace making some gossip magazines wonder if she’s got saggy skin and if plastic surgery is next.

In fact, Star claims she’s got “droopy flesh on her upper arms, saggy jowls and dimpled thighs.”

The magazine goes on to claim, “She definitely wants to get the creases on her face filled in and she’d like to get some of the saggy skin around her midsection tightened up and take care of her jiggly thighs and upper arms.”

Kirstie’s rep tells RumorFix, “She is totally fine the way she is.”

He says the plastic surgery rumors started a year ago after the Dancing with the Stars finalist appeared on Rachel Ray joking about doing plastic surgery on each other. “And now the tabloids use that as a quote that Kirstie considers plastic surgery, but she was joking with Rachel Ray. She’s like, ‘I wouldn’t want a facelift, I’d only want a quarter inch facelift,” but come on, she was completely joking and it was really funny.”
