Hairspray star Nikki Blonsky is shooting down rumors she’s given up the acting thing for a job in shoe sales. Last week, rumors spread that the actress had gone all Al Bundy on us by working at a boutique shoe store in Great Neck, New York.
As it turns out, the gig was only a one day experiment. Nikki took to Twitter to set the record straight on the rumors.
“So much false reporting and false quotes. NO career changing! just experimented for a day working at a friends boutique to see what it was like.”
E!’s Ted Casablanca started the rumor – looks like he should have checked with Nikki first.
