Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett is calling it “the best gift ever!”

The Dancing with the Stars finalist turned 26 on Sunday and RumorFix has learned her best friend Holly Madison bought her a dress from the show’s patriotic episode.  Holly picked the red, white and blue dress Kendra used for her quick step.

The costume, which was a collaboration between Kendra and the show’s designer, is filled with crystal rhinestones — even down to her shoes. We understand Holly bought Kendra the dress, tails and top hat.

Celebrities are not given their costumes from the show, but they can buy them if they chose. While DWTS won’t say how much these things go for, an expert tells us, “With all the work that goes into those dresses, they cost at least a couple thousand dollars.”

Kendra’s Girls Next Door co-star wasn’t at her birthday bash at the Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas, because Holly had her book signing at the Sugar Factory at the Paris Hotel at the same time.

But the girls did have dinner together the night before and Holly presented her with the unique birthday gift at that time.
