Exclusive: Should Lindsay Lohan Be Put Under House Arrest? Michael Thinks So

Lindsay Lohan’s father is looking for creative ways to keep his daughter out of jail, RumorFix has learned exclusively.

Michael Lohan tells RumorFix that he is hoping the Mean Girls star can serve her 120 days for her probation violation under house arrest instead of in county jail.

He says he has consulted with a former LA District attorney and will be talking with Lindsay’s attorney on Tuesday.

Michael wants to put his 24-year-old daughter in the house arrest program, that also requires regular alcohol testing.

Last Friday, Lindsay’s grand theft charge for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace was downgraded to a misdemeanor, but the judge ruled she violated her probation and ordered her to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service.
