RumorFix has learned exclusively that legendary Spanish performer Charo thought that her fomer neighbor, Jennifer Lopez, called the police on her because she had a pet bull in her backyard.
The singer/actress, who made “Cuchi Chuchi” famous, tells RumorFix that some Beverly Hills neighbor called the cops “complaining they could smell bulls**t from the backyard.” The feisty Latino says, “It was true, but, of course, I told the police, ‘Bulls**t.'”
The guitarist adopted Manolo, a bull, in 2009 after she made an anti-bullfighting video. Manolo was living at Charo’s estate until neighbors complained.
Charo told us she thought her famous neighbor was to blame. “I was very mad and I put all my suspicion to Jennifer Lopez because she used to live across the street from me,” Charo explains.
But then she found out who actually filed the complaint — it wasn’t the American Idol judge.
Charo tells us, “I’m glad I didn’t confront her personally because she would [have said] ‘Bitch, I don’t live there anymore.'”
By the way, Manolo now lives in a ranch near Malibu, but has “visitation rights” to come back to Beverly Hills and spend time with Charo.
