RumorFix has learned exclusively that Charlie Sheen’s divorce from Brooke Mueller should be final very soon and that the estranged couple have reached a custody agreement.

While details of the agreement can’t be revealed, RumorFix has learned Brooke is pleased with it.

Although some media outlets speculated that Brooke called the cops on Charlie Sheen Thursday night fearing that he had guns in his home, a source adamantly states, “Brooke had nothing to do with that. Why would she do that right after they just came to an agreement?”

RumorFix has also learned that Brooke will also have help with her twin sons, Max and Bob. Her parents Jon and Moira Fiore are moving to the LA area to be closer to their grandchildren. They currently have a home in Palm Beach, Florida.
