Chris Brown is issuing an apology for his violent outburst at Good Morning America earlier this week. Appearing on BET’s 106 & Park, Brown tried his best to explain why he decided to go into a cursing tirade that ended in him busting a window with a chair.
Brown says he became upset after GMA host Robin Roberts went beyond their agreed talking points, and repeatedly asked questions about his assault of Rihanna.

“I kind of took it very, very hard. And I kept my composure throughout the interview, although you could see me upset, you know? I kept my composure and did my performances, and when I got back, I just let off, like, steam in the back.”
It’s been a crazy month for Brown. In addition to this latest outburst, nude photographs of the singer were leaked online, he just released a new album, F.A.M.E., and he was photographed grinding on half-naked women in front of his girlfriend the same night of the now infamous outburst.
