EXCLUSIVE: That’s Not Britney Spears!

A respected forensic audio analyst tells RumorFix that those alleged Britney Spears audio tapes are bogus.

RadarOnline released tapes this week which feature what they claim is Spears talking on the phone with her ex-husband, Jason Alexander. On the tapes, Spears allegedly reveals that her current boyfriend, Jason Trawick, beats her and that she smokes weed.

Kent Gibson, who's worked with Los Angeles Country Sheriff's Department, FBI, and Department of Homeland Security, examined the recordings and determined that they're not authentic.

“Basically there’s only a 1.6 percent chance that the two samples were from the same person,” Gibson tells RumorFix in addition to providing this screen grab of his analysis.

"Those words did not issue from that woman's lips" he adds. "That’s the opinion that I would present in a court of law; that being a comprehensive and assured opinion.”

Gibson says that he compared Radar's recordings with an interview Spears did with Diane Sawyer and determined that the voices, "resoundingly do not coincide. If you listen to the two voices, they don’t sound the same at all."

Spears is threatening legal action against Radar. On Thursday, she had this message for the site and Star magazine who first reported on the story:

"PS - Star Magazine, Radar Online, Jason Alexander and the rest of you liars, Ya'll can kiss my lily white southern Louisiana ass!"
