RumorFix has learned that Russell Brand will not face charges following a September clash with a paparazzo.
The British comedian was arrested on September 17 at LAX after getting into a physical confrontation with a photographer. Brand was traveling with his then wife-to-be Katy Perry when he claims the photographer tried to snap pictures up the pop star’s skirt.
Brand was facing a simple misdemeanor battery charge, but a spokesperson with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office tells RumorFix the charge has been dropped.
