No season of Dancing With The Stars is complete without tabloid stories of partners hooking up after the cameras stop rolling.

There have been rumored romance between Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke, Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and Karina Smirnoff, and more recently, season 11 runners-up Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer.

Although Massey and his professional dance partner have both laughed off the dating rumor, reporters keep asking pressing the issue. That lead Kyle to come to RumorFix to set the record straight once and for all.

“People think I’m going out with my dance partner Lacey Schwimmer,” he explained. “Everyone comes up to me in interviews and asks, ‘How are you and Lacey?’ I’m like, ‘Uh fine.’”

The 19-year-old, who lost 20 pounds during the competition, says that despite having chemistry on set, he and Lacey are “just friends.” “[We] are not dating at all” he added.
