St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Brad Penny loves diamonds — from the one on the baseball field to the one on his fiancee’s finger.
RumorFix has confirmed that Dancing With The Star’s Karina Smirnoff said “Yes,” to a marriage proposal on October 4 from Penny.
The dancing beauty showed off her 4.5 carat Asscher cut diamond engagement ring at Tao Las Vegas’s five-year anniversary party Saturday night.
The ring is reportedly valued at $100,000.
Karina tells People magazine, which broke the story, “He [Brad] got down on one knee and he opened the box and I said, ‘Thank you’.”
Karina posted a thank you to her fans on Twitter:
