Those alleged nude photographs of Kanye West floating around the internet are the real thing, the rapper confirms. MediaTakeOut leaked the images last month, but Mr. West has remained mum about their authenticity until now.

Appearing on New York’s Hot 97 radio station, the Chicago native confirmed sending the photographs to at least one woman. “Have you heard the first line of ‘Runaway?’” the rapper asked, referring to his latest single.

The song which starts with the line, “She found pictures in my email / I sent this girl a picture of my d*ck,” seems to explain in short how the pictures got out. “I only rap reality,” Kanye explained.

RumorFix confirmed exclusively that the asking price for the photographs were $100,000. ”I got an offer to buy them and passed. They were wicked expensive,” Playgirl rep Daniel Nardicio revealed.
