Exclusive: Attorneys To Ask For Oksana Grigorieva Gag Order

RumorFix has learned exclusively from sources that Mel Gibson's attorneys will request a gag order be placed on Oksana Grigorieva at a Wednesday court hearing.

Under family law, court documents are already sealed in the case, but Gibson's attorneys now want to prohibit his ex-girlfriend and her attorneys from speaking to the press.

Oksana's attorney, Daniel Horowitz, confirms that acclaimed first amendment attorney Marty Garbus will be arguing the case.

When Oksana turned down Oprah Winfrey for an interview in early October, multiple websites inaccurately reported that a gag order was issued at the time. Not true. RumorFix has confirmed that at that time the judge in the case warned that any media could affect the child, so Oksana's attorneys decided to exercise "an abundance of caution" and turn down the interview.

Horowitz would not comment on the gag order, but says that "Oksana's spirits are good."

Gibson's attorney Blair Berk could not be reached for comment.
