We’ve all seen those tired and lame “Beyonce’s Pregnant” headlines. The rumors have never panned out, but the R&B diva says she understands the media’s fascination with the story.

“It’s part of being a celebrity, I guess,” the 29-year-old singer shared in an interview with the Associated Press. ”At this point, they say that I’ve been pregnant like eight times, so I am kind of used to it.”

Beyonce also revealed that she does intend on becoming a mother at some point, just not today. “One day hopefully I will be [pregnant.] I just hope when I decide to be pregnant that people are happy for me,” she added.

Last month, Us Weekly erroneously reported that B was preggers.

“They do that every slow news day,” Beyonce’s husband, Jay-Z, told Australia’s Daily Telegraph in October. “This is like the fifth time. I think we have five kids now. No truth, but I wonder when people will stop giving it relevance? You can’t do the same subject. At least change the subject, they have to find a new one.”
