Kim Kardashian wants the world to know she has not had botched Botox. Kim says her doctor made sure she was fully aware of the side effects before injecting her.

The reality television star experienced bruising around her eyes and panicked on a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

“Because this was the first time I had done anything like this, I freaked out on the episode when I noticed the bruising,” Kim explained on her blog. ”In no way was Dr. Kassabian at fault, and he had warned me about the side effects, as all good surgeon’s [sic] do.”

Kim says that the experience scared her so much, she won’t be getting Botox again anytime soon. “I think when you’re young there are other ways you can look after your skin…Botox just wasn’t necessary for me at this age.”
