Kelly Osbourne is fuming over an article in the latest issue of In Touch alleging she’s fallen “off the wagon.” In Touch claims Osbourne’s friends are worried her split from fiancé, Luke Worrall, has driven her back to drinking.

In Touch says that on August 13, Osbourne was “spotted downing several vodka cocktails” at The Colony in Hollywood. “She could barely walk,” one source told the magazine.

RumorFix has learned that Osbourne calls the report complete bullocks and is planning to take legal action against the publication.

On Twitter she writes, “Thanx in touch for your bulls**t story [sic] looks like I will be taking all my friends on Holiday courtesy of you!”

Osbourne also assured her fans that the printed accusations are untrue. “According to in touch I have ‘fallen off the wagon’. I just want to let my fans know it’s compleat [sic] bs! Thank you 4 your support I love you!”
